- Tamweelcom received the first Social Performance rating of its kind in Jordan in 2009 conducted by the French Agency, Planet Rating. Tamweelcom received a (3+) rating out of (5).
- Tamweelcom received an (A) Rating in 2009; an (A-) rating in 2007; and a (B+) rating in 2005 in Overall Performance conducted by Planet Rating.
- Tamweelcom received the 2009 Middle East Regional Social Entrepreneurship Award from the Schwab Foundation acknowledging its role in maximizing benefits for the society and preserving the environment.
- Tamweelcom received the 2009 Certificate of Excellence, ranking second of 41 private companies, competing for the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in the Private Sector.

Tamweelcom received the 2007 Pro-Poor Innovation Challenge Award presented by the Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP). Following a rigorous competition with 200 international companies, Tamweelcom was the first company in the Arab World to win this award recognizing its best practices.
- Tamweelcom received the CGAP Financial Transparency Award for 2006, making it the first company to win this award regionally.
- Tamweelcom officially joined the Micro Finance Network (MFN) in 2006 establishing itself as the first company in the MENA region to become a member of this network. MFN is an international network of leading microfinance institutions who share information and knowledge to propel their progress. The MFN is positioning the members as the standard of success in the microfinance industry.
- Tamweelcom received the 2005 CGAP Financial Transparency Merit Prize acknowledging its committment to the highest standards and best practices of microfinance companies.
