Annually, Tamweelcom honors an employee for outstanding performance throughout the year:

In 2011, Tamweelcom recognized three employees who have shown initiative; a strong work ethic; and the ability to participate in teamwork while assuming multiple roles and responsibilities. The five, employees who received the 2011 Employee of the Year Award were:
