Kafa’a "Efficiency" Project
This project aims at improving the working conditions and productivity of small and micro enterprises through a partnership with the ILO (International Labor Organization).
The project applies the methodology of WISE ((Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) which has proven to be effective and easily adaptable to different cultural and operational circumstances.
WISE has now been adapted to the micro-enterprise sector in Jordan; and in conjunction with Tamweelcom has been named the Kafa’a (Efficiency) Project, intended to improve performance, competitiveness and profitability for micro-enterprises.
