1- I have provided true information on this form.
2- The loan shall be used pursuant to the purpose stated herein above and shall not be utilized for any other purposes.
3- The Jordan Micro Credit Company "Tamweelcom" shall be entitled to inquire about me and/or contact my references, before and/or after the required loan is granted. 
4- Tamweelcom shall be entitled to use the information and documents I provide, as part of this application, in any marketing and/or commercial purposes.
5- Tamweelcom shall be entitled to use personal photos and/or photos of my project  for any marketing and/or commercial purposes. 
6- Tamweelcom shall be entitled to provide any local, regional and/or international parties with any personal information collected separately or provided as part of this application.
7- I have understood and agreed to all the general conditions and the private policies for granting loans.
8- I shall commit myself to paying of the loan's installments in accordance with the payment schedule attached to the loan’s contract.
9- I acknowledge that applying to any loan does not necessarily mean that Tamweelcom will grant me this required loan.
10- Tamweelcom shall be entitled to decline or reduce the required loan amount without any objections from my side.
11- I acknowledge that all application fees are non-refundable, whether granted or refused the requested loan.
12- I shall take full responsibility for any intentional false information provided in, or as part of, this application.
13- All the papers and documents provided in this application form shall be returned in case of application rejection.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood and agreed to all statements and conditions on this entire form, and it is hereby a conclusive acknowledgement not subject to contestation in future.
