The Jordan micro-credit company “Tamweelcom” in cooperation with the enhanced productivity center “Irada” organizes a training course for its clients under the title “basketry production development”, placed in the company’s training hall in Jabal Al-Hussein branch, the course was inaugurated in the 14th of July for the year 2008 and over a three days period, averagely lasting for four hours daily.
The course was organized after the participation of the women clients in the bazaars and several souk ayyadi events, as a careful gesture from Tamweelcom to develop their products to advanced levels of excellence and productivity, and enhance their expertise in the basketry production.
The number of the participants in the course has reached 16 clients of Tamweelcom’s excellent women clients, who were elected from Tamweelcom’s branches in Amman, as they received a specialized training in the basketry production to develop their products in terms of packaging, decking, presentation, and the innovation of new ideas to develop their products.
This training is one of Tamweelcom’s non-financial services offered free-of-charge to its clients, thus being from the belief of its social responsibility towards micro-entrepreneurs, and the importance of the completion of the financial and the non-financial services provided to them, believing in the obvious and active role they play to the upgrading of the local economy, Tamweelcom has also launched a variety of the free-of-charge non financial services like the loyalty card, the educational grant, and lots of valuable prizes.
